Component Manufacture

We continuously manufacture components either as part of in-house projects or as standalone products for customers. Often these will require traditional manufacturing techniques such as manual machining, sand casting, gas welding and brazing, but the use of modern processes helps improve efficiency, accuracy and value. Increasingly and excitingly we are producing parts which combine the use of both traditional and modern manufacturing techniques.

Using our in house 3d scanning, 3d modelling and simulation software combined with SLS Laser Sintering, CNC Machining, 3d printing and water jet cutting has allowed us to rapidly produce parts in small batches, prototypes or one-offs with high engineering tolerances but also, where required, identical-to-original aesthetic appearance.
